Natosha Chaoua

Natasha is a 2018 graduate of Satya Yoga Collective's 200hr POC Yoga Teacher Training Program, CNA and the Founder and Owner of Dubwise Yoga Denver.  She was born and raised in Hamilton Ontario to Jamaican parents who emigrated to Canada.  Natasha later lived in Buffalo, NY and Ithaca, NY before making Denver my home in 2009. Throughout that time she practiced several styles of yoga since 2000. In 2009 she was exposed to Ashtanga Yoga and made it her main practice ever since.

Dubwise Yoga focuses heavily on the breath (pranayama), postures (asanas) accessible to all ages and finishes with meditation all within an atmosphere of drum and bass that ignites strength, creates peace and promotes self-care. Natasha is also available for new and experienced mothers who would like to practice prenatal and postpartum sequences.  Beyond yoga, Natasha recently gave birth to my third child and I attend the University of Colorado Denver where I study Mathematics.

Allow me to be an aid in your journey towards wellness today.

Class Style: Dubwise Yoga (Hatha and Ashtanga influenced), fluid, balanced, full body and powerful.

Your donations support our teachers and support us in offering accessible yoga to the community. Thank you!
