Come practice Yin Yoga with Satya Yoga Collective teacher Sarah Naomi Jones at Dahlia Campus for Health and Well-Being.

Sarah has been practicing and teaching yoga since 2016. Her classes incorporate pranayama (intentional breathing) and focus on alignment with special attention to spinal integrity. Yoga “found” Sarah at a time when she was experiencing debilitating pain both physically and emotionally. Her yoga practice grounded her and gave her vitality. She believes in the power of yoga to change lives and has a desire to make the healing and liberating tools of yoga accessible to everyone.
