POC Donation Based Community Yoga at Dahlia Campus

Come practice yoga with Satya Yoga Collective teacher Natasha Chaoua at Dahlia Campus for Health and Well-Being. Natasha teaches Hatha and Ashtanga influenced yoga alongside dub/reggae music.

She is a mother of 3, wife, CNA and a graduate of Satya Yoga Collective’s 200hr POC Yoga Teacher Training Program. Natasha was born and raised in Hamilton Ontario to Jamaican parents who emigrated to Canada. She later lived in Buffalo, NY and Ithaca, NY before making Denver my home in 2009. Throughout that time she practiced several styles of yoga, however, Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga have predominantly been her practice since 2000.

Natasha's practice focuses heavily on the breath and finishes with meditation. It is an intense practice best for individuals who aren’t afraid of a challenge and who like structure during their practice all within an atmosphere of drum and bass.
